This form will confirm your registration to the Conference, Tutorial and other Activities. It's mandatory to fill this form ONCE per each delegate or company (for example, your spouse, then check only lodging and dinners).

The additional Activities are free of charge, but are pending of confirmation, depending on the delegates interest and funds availability from the sponsors. In this case, we will priorize the available space following strict registration order.

We recommend to complete your registration immediately, as the capability of the conference rooms is limited, and we only have 50 available seats (January 15, 2001).
