Cesar Olvera studied BS on Physics in School of Sciences of National University of Mexico (UNAM). He has worked on electronic instrumentation, science awareness, radiation measure, radiological security and telecommunication research. Since 1998, he works in UNAM's Telecommunication Department, as Interoperability Lab Manager, coordinating researches and tests on Emergent Technologies: IPv6, QoS, Multicast, MPLS, VoIP, ATM and Internet2. Cesar is author and co-author of several articles and presentations on physics and telecommunication. Presently he is leader of Mexico's IPv6 Project and co-chair of Mexican IPv6 Forum.
