Carolyn Taylor is member of the ETSI Mobile Competence Centre (MCC) working on 3GPP. Responsible
for providing technical and administrative support to 3GPP RAN (Radio Access Network)
Working Group 3: Iub specification, Iur specification, Iu specification and UTRAN O&M
requirements. Carolyn education includes a Master of Science in Software Engineering, MBA and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. The MCC combines voluntary resources with funded resources, all of which are located at the ETSI Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, southern France. Some experts have been provided 3GPP Partners. I have been provided to ETSI from Motorola for a 2 year expatriate contract. I have worked at Motorola in telecommunications for the past 7 years. |
