Brian Haberman received the B.S. degree in Computer Science from Clemson University in 1991 and the M.S. degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in 1997. From 1992 to 1999 he was a lead development engineer in IBM's Networking Hardware Division. From 1992 to 1996 his responsibilities included device driver development, system architecture, and transparent bridge development for multiple router platforms. From 1997 to 1999 Brian's responsibilities included IP system architecture, IP routing, IP multicast, IP Version 6, and IP forwarding. He is currently a Research Engineer in Nortel Networks's Advanced Network Research group. He is a member of the IEEE and an active participant in the IETF. His primary areas of interest are IP Version 6, IP multicast, and IP routing. | |
