Augusto Espin has been working in the Technology Development Center of the 3Com Corporation since June 2000. He has been extending IS-IS to support IPv6 and performing other IPv6-related tasks. Previously, he worked as a Software Engineer in several projects at the Research Center of the Escuela Politecnica del Ejercito in Quito, Ecuador. Augusto holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management degree from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Escuela Politecnica del Ejercito in Quito, Ecuador. He also received a Fulbright Scholarship in 1998.
